La Boheme de Marigny is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath guesthouse located in the heart of the Marigny in New Orleans, just steps away from Frenchman Street and the historic French Quarter. The cottage is available for groups and families and we rent the property out ONLY so rest assured that you have the place all to yourselves. We have lots of private outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing. We also have modern kitchen and laundry facilities, and if you need parking, we're located on a safe and quiet residential street.
Guests have the entire cottage for their exclusive use. There are 3 suites and 3 baths, 2 kitchens, and exclusive use of the laundry room and filtered water cooler. Please note that the units ARE NOT CONNECTED, but they are excellent for groups who would like a little more privacy. As the cottage is rented out in its entirety to families and groups, you can rest assured and relax with the peace of mind of knowing everyone on the property.
We are on a quiet and peaceful residential street. We love our neighbors and respect their wishes to keep our beautiful street friendly, quiet, and safe.

The Cottage
Includes The Voodoo Suite, The Jazz Suite and The Bordello Suite, sleeping up to six people in total in three beds.
The Back House
A self-contained unit connected to the main house via a courtyard, sleeping up to five people in total, with two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa. (*In special circumstances, eg festivals, the Back House CAN be rented as a self-contained unit but please call to discuss the specifics).
